Positively transforming the lives of at-risk youth through the arts and life skills interventions.
ArtsBridge helps reshape the future of marginalized youth by discouraging the negative stigma that they carry and replacing it with positive visual imagery of hope that generates their spirit to better themselves.
This project really changed the way I look at things such as race, beliefs, and most importantly education. I want to say you opened opened my eyes to see that colors are not the only piece of art but us as human beings are a piece of art as well.

The ArtsBridge organization/community has opened a door for people all over the nation to view our students’ work and see them as more than “just” troubled youth. The art contest levels the playing ground to where they are all equals, no boundaries, no color or gender lines and their troubles and their past comes out in the form of priceless works.
Thank you Artsbridge for the opportunities you have given our school, our facility but most importantly our youth. You get it, you see it, you encourage us.

It helped me learn that art is not just paint and a brush, but it takes math, patience, and just a little help from someone that knows what they are doing. This will be something that will stick with me for the rest of my life and knowing that this painting will remain on this wall forever amazes me, because I know I helped create it.

The studio at Louisville Day is my sanctuary… If I could, I would put this program in every school across the state of Kentucky because it helps me and I know it can help many others out there that have a love for music as much as I do.
